An artisan jewelry that is coming all the way from the old city of Jerusalem. The authentic majestic fabric comes from the only shop in the city that keeps textiles made of silk and gold and serve to make gowns for the church archbishops. If you ever come to Jerusalem ask me where it is!

This necklace can be used long or short since the cord is adjustable.

If you choose this adornment to be part of your very personal collection of garments, jewels and accessories, it is you who are special.

The necklace is part of my urban style new collection; it is unique and ready to be shipped!
Length-Adjustable

You are invited to read the feedbacks of my numerous very happy customers and consult my policies prior to any purchase. http://www.etsy.com/shop/Gilgulim/policy

My textiles collection is my treasure. It is there that everything begins. Every new jewel is a journey by itself. Textiles bring with them a long thread of cultures, history, traditions and sometime represent a gender (men's neckties for example). I take this raw material out of its context and mix it with other materials in order to create a new item that has its own life and design language. Each one of my jewelry is unique and different.
It has taken me over a year to develop the technique of beads making.

All the reclaimed materials are thoroughly washed, cut according to the design, folded and ironed, cropped and only then hand rolled and stitched into a bead, no glue is used. The final product is light, soft and has a very nice touch to it. Beads might slightly differ in size or shape.
