ITEM: A tremendously 'Haskellesque' bracelet with beaded details typical of her designs. Goldtone bracelet has book chain construction with rhinestone details and features gorgeous pink carved art glass posies and baroque pearlescent beads, capped by tiny brilliants. Unsigned but of the style.
DIMENSIONS: This lovely bracelet measures 7" long and is 1" wide.
DESCRIPTION: Just a scrumptious bracelet that although unsigned, is almost certainly Haskell. We have other pieces with the same beadwork and construction elements as this which are signed Miriam Haskell. This one is just a delight! The construction is of the highest quality with book chain design topped off with little clear rhinestones. Dangling from the golden links are the prettiest little posies in a soft pink art glass. Carved with rich detailing and set off to great effect by the baroque style pearlescent beads with the trademark caps in brilliant clear rhinestones. What a lovely bracelet this is. So soft and feminine, yet made to last! Absolute stunner.
CONDITION: In good vintage condition with some wear commensurate with age/make/material. Moderate roughness and tarnish to the links and very slight verdigris (please see photos). The clasp is a replacement and fits in very well. The beadwork is sound and the stones are lively and bright. Just a delightful piece.
